The meeting was called to order at 7:35P.M.
The Town Account balances were not presented:

Jeff reported the status of the cats in residence.
One adopted Cat needs their papers forwarded to owner.
Minerva has generated many emails from Alabama from the picture on our WEB page. There are many confusing facts to
the story, her former name may Ginger and she may have been abandoned, none of it is clear. WG made a motion which
was seconded and approved to adopt Minerva to a good home locally rather than ship the dog to Alabama and prolong
the confusion.
The current Leash Law is being rewritten by a resident with Jeff's input and review.
Mike (the dog with the bite of undetermined source) is almost out of his 6 month quarantine period and has a family
looking to adopt him.
WG stated that Holliston has Cat Licenses and a discussion of the legality and feasibility for Mansfield resulted with WG
assigned to do more research on the subject.
A motion was made by WG to adjourn and seconded at 8:15PM.
