Present were:

Jeff Collins — Animal Control Officer
The meeting was called to order at 7:35P.M.
The Town Account balances were not presented:
Fines and Boarding $
Spay /Neuter $
General Fund $
Total $
New Shelter Building Fund Balance is $10,282.08
Jeff need Foster Care Guidelines and AMV will work on creating them.
The storage area needs organization AMV will coordinate this.
More care needs to be paid to the filing of Rabies Certificates and medical notes. All animals need to have documentation
folders.
Spay Waggin' is due on Monday. Last year every animal was Spayed /Neutered except for 2 kittens.
SH reported that the payment of all bills are up to date.
The Board questioned the status of the new member — she has never attended a meeting?
A motion was made by WG to adjourn and seconded by SB. Motion passed 4 -0 at 8:05PM.
