The meeting was called to order at 7:35P.M.
The Town Account balances were not presented:

New Shelter Building Fund Balance is 5276.88

Bally is dying of cancer and is being cared for in foster care for her final days by SB.
Spay Waggin' fees are over due, WG made a motion to pay the bill and AMV seconded it, Motion passed 5 -0
Dr Debold may become our "resident" vet at a rate of $50 /hour.
The Friends group reported that they operated at a deficit of $1 OK for the previous year.
Surrender fees $20, Adoption with Spay /Neuter deposit $80 effective 2/1.
A motion was made by WG to adjourn and seconded by SB. Motion passed 4 -0 at 8:10PM.
