The Animal Welfare Committee meeting was called to order at 7:40 at the Mansfield Town Hall.
Minutes
Motion: To approve minutes from the July 19th meeting. Passes
Kittens Status
Kittens currently fostered: Sally: 5; Sharon: 9; Vanessa: 9; Christine: 7
Celebration of Animals
Permits have been obtained for raffle, food, and Rt. 106 manner. Mary will contact ProSign to pick op
banner and take it to Electric Dept.
Photo Contest — winners will be chosen by paying to cast votes. Christine has leftover cat gift basket that
will be used for cat prize.
Irish Band will not be coming to the Celebration since they have double booked.
Spay Waggin
Next date: Monday, 8/20/07.
AWC Vacancy
Vanessa will notify the Town Clerk that she would like to apply for the permanent AWC position. Wendy
Foley will get application form from the Town Clerk to apply for the alternate AWC position that is now
vacant.
