Minutes of
February 21, 2008

The Animal Welfare Committee meeting was called to order at 7:35 at the Mansfield Town Hall.
Minutes
Motion: To approve minutes from the January `08 meeting. Passes
Adoption Contract Forms
Sharon volunteered to print copies of the new Adoption Contract forms and bring them to the
shelter.
Shelter Sign
Mansfield Sign has corrected the hours on the shelter sign, and will do a permanent version in
warmer weather.-
Spay Waggin
Next date: Monday, Feb. 25'h. Full to capacity.
AWC Officers for'08
Nomination and election of officers for '08 was postponed until the March meeting.
Celebration of Animals
The '08 Celebration of Animals is tentatively scheduled for September. Pet Rock will hold their
event the second weekend of September. The Pruells have indicated that if they continue to hold
the Willowdale fundraiser, they probably want to do it in mid August.
