The Animal Welfare Committee meeting was called to order at 7:35 p.m. at the Mansfield Town
Hall.
Approve Minutes
Motion: To approve minutes from June 16, 2010. Passes.
Applications Status
Mr. Ed — application approved; he'll go home on Saturday morning.
Mrs. Beasley and Wendall — applicants uncertain about adopting at this time.
Fostered Cats
Sharon: Koosh's six month quarantine will end in September. Sharon will bring him to the shelter
in August, and he will get vaccinations.
Kittens: The five black kittens that Elizabeth is fostering will come to the shelter on 7/17.
New Shelter Update
HVAC is complete and air conditioning is working. In- the -wall plumbing prior to installing
wallboard is complete. Covidien is expected to install wallboard this month. Volunteers will be
needed for painting around the middle of August.
Animal Control Officer's Report
Remi will be returning to the shelter next week as a surrender.
