The Animal Welfare Committee meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. at Mansfield Airport.
Approve Minutes
Motion: To approve minutes from November 21, 2013. Passes.
Veterinary Issues
Mr. Max — Foster mom Amy Diaz has been giving Max insulin injections without difficulty.
Amy will bring Max to the shelter on Sunday so that Erika can do a glucose curve.
Fosters
Ginger — Doing very well in foster care with Sharon Baker.
Volunteer Issues
The town's Human Resources representative has devised a sheet of information to add to
volunteer paperwork.
Mainetnance
Jeff will talk with Gary regarding repair issues: thermostat replacement in cattery and
kennel, storage room striker plate adjustment, infrared bulb replacement in HVAC. Jeff
will repair the loose alarm connection in the large playroom.

Jeff will look into getting permission to help other shelter with their dogs when we have few
or no dogs.
