Chairman Gazzolo called the meeting to order at 7:40 p.m.
The Fincom considered each article in the upcoming Special Town Meeting scheduled for
September 30, 2003 and concluded as follows:

The vote was unanimous in every case.
Fincom decided to seek more information regarding a recent correspondence regarding a
federal government cut to fund special education.
Fincom discussed the School's requests for additional funds, wanting to know how many
people were laid off and about new grant positions.
Fincom discussed the implications of a continuing decline the State's financial condition and
the resulting effect on future funding. This must be considered in how free cash is used and
the need to restore the stabilization fund.
Fincom will invite the appropriate people to discuss establishing enterprise accounting for
wastewater.
On a motion duly made and seconded, it was:
Voted to adjourn the meeting at 9:40 p.m.
