Chairman Gazzolo called the meeting to order at 7:18pm.
The Fincom considered the details presented relative to Article #14 to fund IDC activities
in the amount of $10,000. On a motion duly made and seconded, it was
VOTED (6 -0) to support the Article.
The Fincom considered the language change to Article #18 regarding the sales price of
the subject property. On a motion duly made and seconded, it was
VOTED (5 -0 -1) to support the Article.
The Fincom considered the language change to Article #21 to make clear any property
acquired in the described manner of the Article would be "owned" by the Town of
Mansfield. On a motion duly made and seconded, it was
VOTED (6 -0) to support the Article.
On a motion that was duly made and seconded, it was:
Voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:30pm.
