Acting Chairman DelVecchio called the meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
On a motion duly made and seconded, it was
Voted: to accept the minutes of the meetings of March 25, 2004 (5 -0 -1) and April 1, 2004
(5 -0 -1)
The Selectmen's meeting from the previous evening was discussed. Fincom
representatives discussed revenue and expense trends. We discussed the merits of
meeting again with Selectmen to make clear what the budget goals are.
Mike reported various responses from John Moretti related to various questions regarding
school expenses. Mike and Charlene will develop a budget recommendation based on the
discussion that followed Mike's remarks.
I Jim and Jack presented their preliminary recommendations regarding the Light
( Department. A meeting will be scheduled with John D'Agostino to review the
recommendations before they are presented to the Commissioners.
On a motion duly made and seconded, it was:
VOTED: to adjourn the meeting at 8:50 p.m.
