Present: Frank DelVecchio, Charlene Lavin, James Lazzara, Jack Goldberg,
Michael Sams
Chairman Gazzolo called the meeting to order at 6:10 p.m.
At this time there were several articles that had been tabled. The following represents the
actions taken on those articles that were not withdrawn. All votes were unanimous.

Andy discussed conversations that occurred during the day indicating probable agreement
about splitting the $160,000 budget gap. The School would reduce their budget request
$80,000 and an additional $80,000 from stabilization. The Schools expressed interest in
seeking additional funding at the fall meeting if they were unable to meet their
obligations. FinCom confirmed that it would certainly evaluate any claims from the
Schools if they were made in the fall, just like it does when any department makes such a
request.
On a motion duly made and seconded, it was:
VOTED: to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m.
