Present: Jess Aptowitz, Greg Arnold, and Jim Lazzara
Vice Chairman Lavin called the meeting to order at 7:25 P.M.
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted
To accept the minutes of the 3/10/05 meeting (4 -0)
To accept the minutes of the 3/17/05 meeting with modification to include
copying John Moretti and the school committee on the upcoming newspaper
release prior to publication.
We held a discussion relating to proposed consolidation of duties, accepting Chapter 71
section 37 M.
FINCOM will be meeting with John D'Agostino at our next meeting.
Town meeting will be May 17, 2005
Charlene will contact the schools to see where they are in there budget process, inviting
them to our next meeting.
Bea will get us information from other towns as to their handling of the consolidation
issues.
On a motion that was made and seconded, it was
Voted to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 P.M.
