Present: Jess Aptowitz, Jack Goldberg, Charlene Lavin, Jim Lazzara, and Mike Sams
Meeting opened at approximately 7:15 p.m.
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted to accept the minutes of the
3/31/05 meeting (6 -0).
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted to accept the minutes of the
4/7/05 meeting (6 -0).
FINCOM would like to see a breakdown of individual class sizes once the schedule is set.
General budget discussion was held. Currently we are approx 2.3 million short.
SBAB reimbursements cannot apply until at least 2007.
FINCOM short-term goal is to deal with balancing the budget; Long -term goals can be
discussed after the town meeting.
Jess will draft an article for the newspaper. The rest of the committee can make edits an
we can complete at the next meeting.
