Present: Jess Aptowitz, Jack Goldberg, Charlene Lavin, and Jim Lazzara
Meeting opened at approximately 7:05 p.m.
Ken Torman, Chairman of CIP presented the CIP requests for 2006 budget.

On a motion that made and duly seconded it was voted 4- 1(Aptowitz) to approve the
treasurer's request in CIP for 50,805 for an in house payroll system.
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted (5 -0) to approve the CIP
requests items 2 -13 in the amount of 3,076,446.
Chairman Gazzolo made reference that the CIP requests above include bonding the
school textbooks for 217K, which would reduce the schools operating budgeting by that
same amount.
General discussion was held regarding the status of the 2006 budget and the current
deficit. Fincom would be meeting next week at the selectmen's meeting to see where they
stood, since the town meeting would be the following week.
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted to adjourn at 9:00 P.M.
