Present: Jess Aptowitz, Jack Goldberg, Charlene Lavin, Jim Lazzara, and Greg Arnold
Also in attendance was Town Manager John D'Agostino
FINCOM has been asked to approve and sign three warrants:
1. $13,604 for Town Manager department various legal issues
2. $ 95,000 for Snow and Ice
3. Various interdepartmental budget transfers
All of the above have already been approved and signed off by the board of selectmen
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted 6 -0 to approve all three of the
above requests.
Jack Goldberg will follow up with the Town Manager as to the status of the proposed
audit committee.
Andy Gazzolo will follow up on the status of the consolidation committee.
Andy Gazzolo will follow up with the status of the five -year forecast.
FINCOM assignments for the upcoming budget cycle will be as follows:
Aptowitz/Arnold: Public Safety/DPW
Goldberg/Lazzara: MMED /Schools
Lavin: Capital/Consolidation
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted to accept the minutes of the
5/12/05 meeting.
On a motion that was made and duly seconded it was voted to adjourn at 8:00 P.M.
