DECISIONS: Board approved minutes of May 30, 2001.
NEW BUSINESS: Board signed the Statutory Exemption Reimbursement Report for
FY2001.
Board discussed the Board of Selectmen orientation.
Board discussed the small business commercial property tax
exemption.
Board signed the motor vehicle excise commitment #3 of 2001.
Board signed the motor vehicle excise abatements.
Board reviewed the Appellate Tax Board list for fy2001.
Board reveiewed the personal property impact mailing notice form.
Volunteer Property inspector (Ralph Tartaglia bit by dog at 15 Kerry.
(Animal control officer, owner of the property, Board of Assessors and
Town Manager have been apprised of the situation).
Board reviewed the late filing abatement applications from the NRT.
Board reviewed the preliminary land analysis for fy2002 revaluation.
OLD BUSINESS: Vision Appraisal Technology reported a 99% completion rate for
software conversion.
