NEW BUSINESS: Board reviewed the request for proposed real estate and personal
property taxes on the Erin Center (390 West St.). An estimate of
proposed taxes when the project is complete and in operation was
developed using information supplied by the Development Consultant,
Brian Leahy.
Board voted not to issue preliminary fax bills for fy2002.
Board reviewed the FY2002 DOR Certification Process Checklist
Board reviewed the FY2002 proposed residential values.
