DECISIONS: Board approved -minutes of December 5, 2001.
Steve Benoit's personal property issues will be researched by staff.
Board voted 2 to 1 to nominate John McNair as Chairman, contingent
upon reappointment to the board.
This will be effective on January 2, 2002.
NEW BUSINESS: Board discussed the mailing of tax bills.
OLD BUSINESS: Awaiting approval of the tax rate by DOR.
