DECISIONS: Board approved minutes from April 24, 2002.
Board approved abatements for prior year personal
property uncollectibles.
Board approved abatement for 0 East St.
Board approved abatement for 284 Williams St.
Board approved abatement for I I Hidden Lane.
NEW BUSINESS: Board discussed the upcoming Annual Town Meeting.
Board reviewed the Mansfield Terrace Tax Title land issue with the
Collector I Treasurer, Richard Boucher. The Assessor's Office will
prepare reassessments based on the facts provided by Mr. Boucher.
OLD BUSINESS: Board reviewed the prior year ATB cases.
