Assessors Minutes
June 9, 2004
1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Mike Eagan & John McNair were present.
3. Read correspondence.
4. Sign documents.
5. Reviewed abatement cases.
6. Voted to accept minutes of June 2, 2004.
7. Visit from Richard Boucher, Town Treasurer, regarding the following
a. David Doucette overbilled on personal property
b. Review billing for James Fortune regarding land in Foxboro - Mansfield
@South St rear- will forward bill to rightful owner, original owner was
Rizzo- Neponset Trust.
8. 7:20 pm- called Jim Sullivan regarding appellate cases. Mike Eagan left
message to contact Mike by cell phone as soon as possible . There are only a
few cases pending.
9. readdressed assessment of letter from TM secretary about filling vacancy on
TIF committee vacated by Paul Folkman upon resignation. Chairman Mike
Eagan agreed to fill vacancy.
10. Discussion on AMB properties- 33 Suffolk Rd.
