Assessors Minutes
June 30, 2004
Meeting called to order at 6:30 pin.
2. Mike Eagan & John McNair were present.
3. Read correspondence
4. Signed forms & documents.
5. Reviewed applications for Ass't Assessor/ Office Manager
Received copies of Appellate tax board withdrawals from Atty Sullivan from
Ally Witkin re: 7 industrial properties
7. Reviewed request from Al -Noon Academy to extend the filing deadline for
Form 3 ABC by 30 days. Request extended 2 -0 vote. Reason- Al -Noon
thought they were exempt as a school and didn't realize they had to file for
Charitable purposes.
8. App't - 7:00 pin - Peter Detrolio regarding a complaint about his
Elm St. property by Vision Appraisal Consultant of possible trespassing re:
Work done on his property. Electronic note to go on his file card to inform
Anyone going to said location to call & make an appointment first.
9. Voted to accept minutes of 6/23/04.
10. Adjourned at 8:10 pin.
