1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Mike Eagan & John McNair were present.
3. Read correspondence
4. Signed forms & documents.
5. Reviewed letter of ATB withdrawal by Clemco LLC.
( 6. 7:00 PM meeting with Patrick Donovan from Vision to go over land values
and an update on the progress of commercial and industrial values
7. 8:30 PM Assessors started reviewing residential neighborhoods and grade
factors.
8. Voted to accept minutes of July 7, 2004.
9. Adjourned at 9:30 pm. Balance of review split and divided up by Assessors
To be done as homework due to time constraints, to get tables back to
Vision for final review.
