1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Mike Eagan & John McNair were present.
3. Read correspondence
4. Signed forms & documents.
5. Reviewed settlement from Atty Richard Wulsin Esq. Representing Clemco
Agreements reached by the Board of Assessors and said Clemco LLC.
Documents signed by Board of Assessors , agreements represent fiscal years
2002 and 2003.
6. Reviewed applications for Ass't Assessor/ Office Mgr. It was decided by Board
Of Assessors to review and go over the applications after the closing date of
July 30, 2004. To date, close to 100 applications have been received by
Assessors Office.
7. Voted to accept minutes of July 14, 2004.
8. No Assessors meetings July 28 & August 11- due to vacations..
9. Adjourned at 8:30 pm.
