1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm.
2. Mike Eagan & John Mc Nair present.
3. Signed forms & documents.
4. Read correspondence.
5. 5:30 pm — Paul Keefe- candidate for Asst Assessor /Off Mgr
to meet with Town Manager
6. 6:10 pm- Nancy Hinote- candidate for Asst Assessor /Off Mg
to meet with Town Manager
7. 6:30 pnr- short discussion with both candidates followed with the
BOA individually after meeting with the Town Manager
6. Voted 2 -0 to accept minutes of October 13, 2004.
7. Adjourned at 8:30 pm.
