1. Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. In attendance: Greg Matoian, Glenn Nirenberg
Nancy L. Hinote, Asst. Assessor (Non- voting)
3. Discussed new laws governing open meeting laws
4. Signed Motor Vehicle Warrants, 2009 & 2010
Signed FY 2011 Bristol County Tax Assessment
5. Approved new FY 2012 Chapter 61B for 240 Franklin St.
6. Asst. Assessor updated the Board on 2011 Revaluation informing them
That DOR had authorized Preliminary Certification, moving on to Public
Disclosure.
6. Denied application for 41A Property Deferral for 1424 West St., the property
Was sold on 10 /15/2010.
