MINUTES
Mr. Philip Grefe, representing Mr. Malcom Post, appeared before the
Commission and noted that the Planning Board had approved the road in front of
lot 2. The septic field has been moved outside the 100 -ft. buffer zone. In
the area adjacent to and on Lot 1, on the other side of the road, more
wetlands will be created (over two acres) to fulfill the Planning Board's net
zero increase runoff rule. In effect, a detention pond is being created.
Plans for lot 2 have been filed with the Conservation Commission, as of
Sept. 3. The Commission is waiting for a Notice of Intent on lots 1 and 2 at
this time. The lowest point on Mr. Post's property, if work is done according
to the plan presented, is about 136 feet. In response to questions from the
Commissioners, Mr. Post commented: "There are no leaching fields near any of
the wetlands." Commissioners requested contour lines on the upstream side of
Erick Road, as well as elevation levels periodically along the stream.
Determination of Applicability:
Applicant: Linda Sohn
