Dick Lewis asked what changes there have been to the wetland line since the original delineation had been done some time ago, with the submission of the Golden Homes subdivision filing; he had concerns about the house being set so far back ` on the lot, near a steep slope which could cause stabilization problems,; as well as incremental encroachment into the wetlands by owners attempting to increase the *size of the back yard. Dick suggested that the Commission might request a conservation restriction on the wetlands portion of the lot. The lot in question is not one of the original lots proposed in the subdivision plan. Dick, commented that the oil /water 'separator shown could present maintenance problems. Board of Health approval has not yet been received.
