Members Present: Chairman Sweet,'Comms. Davison, Mandell, O'Neill, Ouellette,
Smith
The meeting was called to order at 7 :00 at the high school cafeteria.
CLEAN LAKES VOTE Dick requested that a move for reconsideration of article
19 be made, in order that the vote could be certified in time for the state to
qualify for state funding'.
ARTICLE 40 MOTION: To withdraw Article 40.
(OUELLETTE - DAVISON, all in favor) VOTED
WITCH POND ESTATES II (SE211 -220) - Dick Lewis reported that Mike Stanton had
called regarding the status of the filing, as had Mr; Corkin. "Upon being
informed that the Commission was leaning toward denial, Mr.` Corkin requested
that the hearing be re- opened in order that the applicant might address water
quality concerns.
MOTION: To accept the applicant's request to re -open the hearing.
(O'Neill; not seconded)
The hearing will be readvertised and reopened on Wednesday, May 11.
MOTION: To recess until the close of the evening's Town Meeting session.
