ORDER OF CONDITIONS - SE211 -264 - Cap t. John Williams Estates
The commission added a finding regarding the easement around the detention
area. Comm. Rhoads voiced a` minority opinion to include this easement in a
condition, because it is in the town's best interest. A new special condition
3 was added requiring a replication plan in the event that the area does not
re- vegetate naturally. An addition was made to special condition no. 2,
requesting plans for the stabilization of the banks within the detention area.
