If the order is amended as proposed at the 6 -19 -89 meeting, the pool would be within the buffer zone by six feet. Mrs. Poholek was advised to pump nothing toward the wetlands; she stated that the well will be kept out of the buffer zone as much as possible. The dry well will be constructed first, so water during construction can be pumped into it. NOTION: To issue a negative determination #3. (O'Neill - Owens; all in favor) VOTED Hearing Continuation on Request for Amended Order of Conditions, SE211 -134 - Mansfield Manor Estates, Fruit Street New plan submitted. Removal of material from the proposed site of replication may be a Problem, because those granting the right of way may not want truck traffic. The bottom of the flood storage area would appear to be a "wet basin" which will vegetate; water will probably run in the brook 1Q -11 months per year. This parcel is owned by the applicant. The commission had requested a letter stating that this Parcel was included in the original filing. The easement issue may be best handled by Planning Board, since this proposal is Part of the subdivision drainage and will have to be reviewed by them as a change in the plans. A walking easement over lot 18 (specifying no heavy equipment) might be sufficient for the Conservation Commission's purposes; the applicant was requested to supply such a document. The project will probably have to go before both the Planning Board and the Board of Selectmen. Comm, Rhoads has reviewed the calculations and found them adequate.
