The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m.

1. Letter from RIM regarding amount of filling on the Rosemont lots (Shannon
Lane /East Street lots. (see discussion below)
2. Copy of letter to Pasqualino re SE211 -134 issues from Commission.
3. Request for one -year extension to SE211 -190 from Walmark Corporation for
Jots P. 11.
MOTION; To send a letter covering the following points; to ascertain why
work has not keen completed, what stage the work is at or when it
will begin; to notify the applicant that any changes /revisions
being considered should be brought before the commission; and to,
notify the applicant that the commission will review the orders,
plans etc. mindful of its new standards, regulations and policies
(e.g. roof leaders into dry wells in water protection district).

Replication issues. Kelli Green subdivision:
MOTION; To send letter indicating that a review of commission files show
that no Certificates of Compliance has been issued for SE211-96,
97, and 100, and that outstanding replication issues Must be
addressed separately from the Xelli Green subdivision. The
applicant shall submit by 3 -15 -90 as- builts (full topographic) and
documentation that the project has been completed in accordance
with the orders. A proposal for replication shall be supplied by
5- 30-90, with plantings to be in place by 10-15 if replication
plan is approved by the Mansfield Conservation Commission.

TOPICS FOR FUTURE DISCUSSION:
Winter closing: :Chairman Powers expressed the opinion that there should be
no releases for _,incomplete work; and that builders should be notified well
before the end of the building season. She would like to see the Commission
gain engineering support ,from the town, as well as consider requesting a full-
time agent. If possible Dick will give the Commission a sense of Crow his man -
hours divide up. A checklist should-be maintained so that by the hearing the
status of the filing with regard to fees, abutter notifications, etc, is clear
and up to date.
