Bonwood Co. - 42 Fredric Lane, lot 18
The applicant's representatives, Mr. Foikman and Mr. Maloon, explained that
this lot involves "replication area H2," which represents compensation for
SE211 -144 but is not the area proposed by Sanford. The compensation area plan
must be, approved before plans can proceed for SE211 -287. Mr. Folkman is asking
for -,the commission's consensus about the change in area, which is preferred by
Mr. Bonvie, fbefore checking the changes out with Sanford. The consensus of ;the
commission is that the applicant is heading in the right direction in planning
.the compensation for the filling on Fredric Lane. ,

WETLANDS PROTECTION ACT HEARING CONTINUATION:
The Bonwood Co., Inc. - -15 Down lane, lot 32-- Construction of single family
home, septic,_ driveway, grading within buffer zone
The wetlands line changed significantly on this filing. The new plan bears
`a revision date of 2- 26 -90. The buildable area shown on the plan is inaccurate;
some has been lost as a result of the re- flagging, and is probably closer to
29,000 sq. ft.

SOLID WASTE COMMITTEE -- Chairman Powers will be resigning as of 3 -1 -90 from this
board.`''Comm. Rhoads suggested a rotating replacement, so that no one commission
must attend every meeting (this committee meets twice a month). The issue
remains unresolved, since most of the commissioners have other obligation on
Thursday nights when this committee meets.

Dante Zamora - -Old Elm St., lot B-- Proposed house /grading within 100 ft. of
.wetlands resource area
Mr. Zamora has been sent a letter expressing the commission's concerns
about this `Iot following the site walk. Letter dated 2- 26• -90 from Mr.
Trowbridge,'accompanied by revised plans. House size has been changed; grading
has been reduced. Mr. Trowbridge is still awaiting permission from Mr. Zamora
regarding re- flagging of wetlands. Some difficulty with the calculation of
buildable land vs, wetland amounts. ;A rough calculation by Comm. Rhoads seems
to yield about 90,000 sq. feet of, buildable upland. ERC did the wetland

delineation, but didn't do `a full- scale`evaluation. The commission would like
;to see a full evaluation, and expressed this to Mr. Zamora.
