with a letter indicating requirements for additional planing.
MOTION: To release as recommended above, including letter.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, BROOKDALE - SE211 -255, LOT 9, JACOB DRIVE
MOTION: To issue the certificate, with the agent to hold it until he is
satisfied that conditions have been met,

MOTION: To support article 13.

Mr. Sarronwill support the commission's change (spending 85000 for land
management), his understanding being that it is a "one- time" budget item.
ARTICLE 18:
MOTION: To support section i of Article 18.

MOTION: To support the Mill Pond reclamation study cited in Article 20.

ARTICLE 24:
MOTION: To support Article 23
(Owens - O'Neill; all in favor) VOTED
ARTICLES 25 & 26:
MOTION: To support Articles 25 & 26 so long as monies have been recovered
for emergency work.

ARTICLE 27: There is still outstanding work involved. The commission feels
that town meeting should be made aware of an outstanding order of
conditions which has not been completed.
MOTION: To notify town meeting of the outstanding order on the property.

ARTICLE 37:
MOTION: To change "present" to "voting ",
(O'Neill; not seconded) NOT VOTED
MOTION: To support Article 37.

meeting session.
