BEQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICADILITY
Harrington = Matto - -lot S, Rive'rwood Drive -- Dwelling, septic system,
grading within 100 -ft. buffer zone
The wetland on this lot had originally been questionable, leading to a
positive determination at the meeting or March 25, 1991. The commission has now
agreed on a wetlands line at a site walk for the filing on lot 7. There is now
no grading proposed within the 100 -ft. buffer _one. The revised plan, dated 5-

John H. Riccio- -Essex St., lot 42 -- Construction of Fawn Lane (550 -ft.
roadway) and associated drainage structures within buffer- zone
Mr. James Dunn was present for the applicant. Dick reported that he had
walked the site with Mr. Riccio and checked the flags, finding everything in
order. Comm. Rhoads reported that the drainage calculations seemed in order.
He added that there is a lot of activity close to the wetlands, and suggested
that the commission consider whether some of that activity should be restricted,
with strong performance standards. The limit of work line should be that shown
an the septic system plan, which has not yet been approved by the Board of
Health.
