The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

NOTION: To issue a duplicate Certificate of Compliance for S €211 -114..

CORRESPONDENCE:
-- Response regarding Environmental Notification Form regarding
interceptor /sewer for E. Mansfield; Dick will 'review.
- -Copy of memo from D. Cook stating that no zoning violations were found on
Cobb St.
-- Approval by DEP of short term measures to be taken at Campo Chemical site.
-- -Copy of Notice of Responsibility issued to Hatheway Y Patterson by DEP.

Philip Beatty- -Ware St.-- Proposed detention area, roadway, utility, grading
for Deerfield subdivision within 100 ft. of wetlands
The applicant's representative, Mr. Trowbridge, Has requested continuation
to 10- 21 -91.

SPECIAL TOWN MEETING WITHIN SPECIAL TOWN MEETING:
REGARDING PETITION ARTICLE FOR EAST MANSFIELD SEWER -- Chairman Powers, Dick,
Chairman of Board of Health and other representatives met regarding information
which needed to be clarified. The Conservation Commission has not voted to take
a position on the article.
ENFORCEMENT ISSUES:
NOTION: To ratify the action of the Agent and the Chairman in forwarding
the Enforcement Files relating to South Main S& and Cobb SQ
properties to the Regional Office of the REP.

MAC Homes, Inc. -- Between Eastman St. and Stearns
Ave. -- Subdivision road /utility construction within 100 ft. of wetlands;
2200 sq. feet wetland filling
Steve Archibald, 179 Stearns Ave., abutter, was present and asked about the
abutter notification procedure. The applicant has requested an extension to
10- 21 -91. Flags for poorly drained soils were on the site, but not those for
edge of wetlands. On the site walk the applicant was asked to address the
issue. New site walk: 10 -19 -91 at 7:30 a.m. on Stearns Ave.
MOTION: To continue to 10 -21 -91 at E:20 with site wall• as above.

By agreement with the applicant, the hearing was continued to 10 -21 -91 at
9:00 with field walk on 19th.
REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY:

By agreement with the applicant, in Dick's absence the hearing was continued
to 10 -7 -91 at 7:10.
