Philip Beatty --Ware St.-- Proposed detention area, roadway, utility, grading
for Deerfield subdivision within 100 ft. of wetlands
Mr. Maloon represented Mr. Beatty. What was 30 lots originally is down to
28, with only 27 to be built upon Clot 9 not to be built). Other changes
requested by the Planning Board involve drainage, reduction of width of
pavement, reduction in size of detention area. These changes haven't been
before the Planning Board yet, which may involve 'reconsideration of denial of
special permit. As a result, Mr. Trowbridge asked for an extension to January
27. The plan presented tonight will have further changes. Revised drainage
calcs will also be submitted prior to the next hearing.

WETLANDS PROTECTION ACT HEARING CONTINUATION: SE211 -373
Jess Realty Trust - -180 Acres between Eastman St. and Stearns Ave.- -
Subdivision road/utility construction within 100 ft. of wetlands
At the last hearing, two issues remained: the applicant was to get,
geotechnical advice on detention area earth dam and was to correct numbers on
total flows. Someone in the geotechnical field has been contacted, but the
applicant has not received reports back. Regarding balancing of numbers, Ralph
has not been able to finish, but will pass it to Dick for John Rhoads.
Regarding MAC Homes: the applicant asked if MAC homes hearing could be closed,
t because outstanding issues relate to Jess Realty Trust hearing. Chairman Powers
explained that some of the lots flow onto Jess prop rty, and changes might
conceivably affect both filings. °th, 64 Teed "1 00407 bs (e9UesT.

Notion Chairman Powers suggested having applicant in with plan mandated Flbyhov,
and putting them on notice that no further C_er-tificates of Compliance will de
granted for subdivision, because the fill is a result of the roadway work, etc.
The applicant should be made aware that if no satisfactory -response is
forthcoming, the commission would consider rescinding the order on 16th.
MOTION; To act as Chairman powers suggested above.
