REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION OF APPLICABILITY
Tay W. Briggs (Agent) -- Serena Allen Way - -To construct portion of roadway
within 100 ft. of wetlands
After the site walk, commissioners felt that the wetlands line was not
accurate. Dick will ask Ralph Maloon to re- establish the flags; the line was
done by Dr. Carr. The hay bale line 10 ft. off the roadway should be the limit
of work. The house lots will be back for review. The inaccurate wetland line
does not impact, the work proposed under this request, but the commission wishes
to make clear in its determination that it does not approve the line as
currently proposed. In addition, the hay bale line should be continued around
the edge of the excavated area on the north side, and should be considered the
limit of work.
MOTION: To continue the hearing so the applicant can re -do the wetland
line.
