ORDER OF CONDITIONS = SE211 -443, Daleom Realty Corp.- -Ware St.,
Comm. Weidner expressed concerns about .runoff from the yard
straight into the ditch area (particularly'if fertilizers, ".etc. are
used on the lawn). Concerns arose about who Would maintain the lawn
on the adjacent lot; since grading encompasses both lots on the plan,
and the two lots are.under different ownership. It was noted that the
NOI mentions only'one'_lot (765 Ware), but the plan of record shows
grading work affecting the adjacent lot as Weil, which is technically. .
under different ownership.
MOTION: To include a condition governing maintenance of the
drainage swale and associated bank -after the growing
season.
