- -Shawn Burke has requested a meeting with Conservation
Commission as a followup to Great Woods land use study. January 5,
joint with Planning Board.
BOILERPLATE ORDERS:
Discussion began around specific orders in the boilerplate set of
conditions; however the broader question raised was whether the
commission wishes to continue issuing extensive, detailed orders or
to issue shorter conditions (with greater chance of being
read /followed carefully), mandating that everything possible be shown
on plans, and making sure plans are in the field.
Dick suggested wording a concise boilerplate order for the single
family project.
Comm. Powers raised the idea of a standard order for single
family projects, and another standard order for subdivisions. Comm.
Sadowski expressed reservations because the applicant might not
