Mr. and Mrs. Quinlan were present; they are putting a garage addition and clearing some area for a playground, garden and dog run. Mr. Quinlan voiced some concerns about dead trees in wetlands which could fall and present a hazard. Commissioners have seen site. Concerns on site about the extent of grading next to the addition and the proximity of the limit of clearing line to wetlands. Comm. Sadowski noted that encroachment of yard area, as well as the likelihood of fertilizer and/or pesticides running off onto wetland areas were potential problems.
