After a brief discussion, Commissioner Sadowski stated that he would be the project manager. The trail committee will be working on a report to the full commission in the near future. A request was received from Mr. Robert Bullock - SE211 -386, Lot 3 Jennifer Drive regarding a partial certificate for this lot. The Commission discussed this and there are still many unresolved issues. Commission Powers felt a sitewalk would be helpful in aiding her decision on this request. She also asked if the Commission has received a receipt for the dump truck removal or an as -built plan. A motion was made to table this until 10- 17 -94. (Powers/ Hanlon) 5 -0 -0. Dick Lewis told the Commission that he had received a request to replace the barrier fencing for the lot at the corner of Branch and Fieldstone. The owner presently has junipers on his plan and would like to replace them with white pines. The Commission discussed this and felt that as the white pines grew they would not be a barrier fence. They requested Dick Lewis to talk with the owner and discuss other types of vegetation that would be a better choice as a barrier. The Commission discussed putting on a warrant article for the Williams Street Bridge Project. Town Meeting approval is necessary to transfer land. Commission Powers suggested tothe Commission that the advice of counsel maybe necessary, however, it should be noted that Atty. Mangiaratti notarized the present deed. The Commission discussed the rules and regulations for Conservation Land. There were several areas that needed to be reviewed. The Commission will discuss this after Dick Lewis researches this issue.
