MINUTES

Present: Chairman Folan, Clerk Roche
D. Secher, L. Garland, D. Clemmey
Met with Board of Selectmen at 5:50pm
Selectman; Levine moved that the Board award the contract for refuse and
garbage collection to the Oliveria firm on a three -year basis under the
conditions that the present collection be continued until mid - September,'
then a three -month combined collection would be done on a trial basis,
and then at the end of the three -month combined collection, the program
would be reevaluated to see which way the collections would be made for
the remainder of the three -year period, Seconded by Selectman Colella,
voted unanimously 5 -0. After discussion, Board of Health member Elizabeth
Roche made a motion to the same effect, and it was unanimously voted by
the Board of Health.
Board voted to have Fulton Pond water retested for coliform count by the same
lab that does Maple Park. Got report of 1500 count of coliform count from
Conservation Commission. Talked about putting up a no swimming sign.
L. Garland stated Picciandra has permission to hook up to town sewage. Will
talk Tarter at next meeting.
