On March I0.1975,1 contacted the Town Clerk in his office to ask him
for your boards minutes of January 28,1975,1,ebruat•y 4,I1,and 18,1975.
The Town Clerk advised me that these minutes have not been filed irk
with him,and that he had ask your secretary to file them.
Your secretary prior to working for your board has worked for the „
plannindboard for quite sonic time,and surly must be aware of the Law con-
cerxiing filing of minutes.
Town Counsel quoted that law many times to all boards. committies and
conuniss ions, this, makes your board equaally responsible for this negligen-
ce...
You appear to hide behind Town Counsel's, opinion when it is opportune
but neglect the law if it pleases you.
I wish to take issue with the Tray the minutes ,re written and approved
by all board members
