3, Board discussed MOC ban on dumping waste in Wal.aole. Has been
extended to November 1. D. Secher will speak to Town Manager
and have trim compose a letter on our stationery to the MDC,
4. Robert Rizzo Bret with the Board. He will be burying dtumps
along a lot line within his subdivision on Otis Street. he
marked on the plan where they would be buried. Advise Building
Inspector to inspect.
He also discussed sir, houses on Black Pond Road he wishes to
connect to one septic system. Although the state prohibits this
type of use, his end *incur feels it would work and they could
get approval, that Stnte would approve this tape of system as long
as lots stayed in one ow:ersnip. Board is concerned over the
feasibility and legality of this type of system. Letter to
Dusseault at Lakeville, for his input.

6. Letter. to Planning Koard rayardiRy Ca nclot Estates. Board will
require that all lots be perked before approval of subdivision.
Also, concern :expressed over the drainave of the subdivision.
7. B. Roche reported all results back on lead clinic. There were
two other tests over 40, and she will fol.Low -up.
