He is receiving a pension, social security, and help from VA.

4. Mr. Antosca met with the Board regarding perc tests for Camelot
Estates. Planning Board has denied preliminary plan based on
lack of information. They have corrected the problems and
supplied data requested and will be submitting a new plan.
They will show the area of dumped stumps as soon as excavation
is finished. If they receive Planning Board approval they
- plan to complete 40 -50% of subdivision. Antosca noted that
lots they have submitted for perc testing are good gravel..
Regarding the 200 foot trench was done without his knowledge or
consent. Board took request under advisement.

6. Dour; King and his attorney John Morley met with Board regarding
perc tests for Canoe River Acres. King advised he ha: a contractor
to put in the whole road, but would not want to put it in if he
,could not develop both sides of it.
Motion: That we have 32A run perc tests on lots 27, 28, 29, 180
17, 16, 159 9 and 8, and come tack to the board with
recommendations

with letter of agreement on Alexander property or reasons
