2. Corrofab had originally submitted nlan to State for approval of
on -site sewa9c. Board questioned that and made recommendation
that ue would rather see them on tom sewerage. It was their under
stan<3ins, that Ivan & L1iot: would have seweragc ready. They now
want to make a temporary arrangement- of the cesspool. Town Manager
feels cOumection to tMgl saver should be made in October. Board

11. L'. Roche attended Operation Medic Meeting -- discussed format of
their brochure. She also attended Area 7 meeting •- discussed
use of emergency -room, getting more organization for surrounding;
towns. '.Thought there was good resoonse to town -wide mailing of
operation Medic medical questionnaire. Attleboro and'North
Attleboro are doing; lead paint teati.nK on children six years and
under. B. Roche contracted Dr. Klein of Boston City Hospital for
more information on this. Discussed budget and types of services
each town uses. hoard will meet: with or. Sachs on August 7.
5. Board discussed Karl Clemmey's request for variance on perk test.
Board took under advisement.

Board received complaint of over flowing septic system at
168 West Street, Letter sent certified mail-ordering owner to
correct problem.

Board discussed Capital-Improvement Program. rut in request for
sanitary landfill engansi_on - acquisition, appraisal, engineering
plans. Budget must be submitted teptember 1. Also all other
projects Board can forsee,

Board must: request transfer fr) m Finance Co=:ittee on 455 -5,
Sanitary Inspector, have already exceeded amount that was voted'.
have to submit to Board of Selectmen for their approval to
Finance Coamittee. Hopefully income from perks will exceed
expenditures and if not fee schedule will have to be adjusted.
Discussed fee schedule for variances.
Motion: That on applications of perk tests out of season, that
the applicant make a check payable for $200 to the Town
and that he be remunerated for the difference between the
cost of inspection and $00.

Board reviewed subdivision plans:
Highland states off Alm .street - 6 lots from 34,oJO to 152,000
square feet, o_ie road, sidewalk on both sides. No where does it
say what the intended use is,
Motion: Write letter with carbon copy to Planning Board stating
that we are not able to make a decision on plan until
we know what: intent is for the use of the lots,- single
family or multiple family units.

Check with Chad Maurer for revised plan and what effect that has '
on their 45 days they have to make a decision.
