repair bridge. Vote: 4 -0 -0

involving swales, infiltrators, and leaching basins, is designed for 25 year storm. Roadway
is 12 foot wide and paved. Individual houses on Areas [lots] C and F will have to come
back for separate Notices of Intent. J. Burke asks about drainage system; R. Maloon says
soils are good and perk rates for stormwater should be okay. Abuttor Tim Kusack,

follow requirements of the Planning Board. Abuttor Walter Jenkins, Conrod Court asks
about liability for the Common area; informed that the homeowners association would be

flow for the stormwater off the parking area into rip - rap /grassed swale/rip -rap area. S.

concentrate any oils and allows for the grassed swale to pick up pollutants. J. Burke asks

that swale is designed for 25 year storm, and good soils and existing vegetation will act to
slow down and stop flows coming off parking area.
