Slope at the rear of the lot which goes down to a wetland area, then upland again, before the river. Walkout basement will minimize the grading at the rear of the house. File # SE 211 -548. Commissioner Hanlon had walked the site and did not have any problems, but she did raise the issue of a need for double haybales. Dick Lewis also walked it with the applicant; he felt that with the haybales placed on the trail which runs across the property there would be plenty of opportunity to stop any silt run -off with a single row. Project will be monitored closely since the slope exists. Motion [Pastore/Smith] to close the hearing; Voted 4 -0 -0. Motion [Pastore/Boyer] to issue the Order of Conditions as reviewed and discussed. General Business Dick raised the issue of Paint Ball wars occurring in Maple Park.
