Applicability
Re: 493 West Street
Looming and seeding of area within 100 feet of a wetland
resource area. '
Mr. Richard Treannie was present at this Hearing. Mr. Treannie will be putting
loam out in the Spring. Mr. Lewis felt there is enough separation between loam and
hay. The hay bales are to stay in place until the grass grows.

8:10 P.M. Folkman & Zola Builders — Notice of Intent Hearing continued
Re: Homefield Farm Subdivision
Mr. Maloon presented revised plans. Wetland flagging will be revised. This will be
a seven lot subdivision. Note that on the plan the wetland line approved up to #16. .
No file number has been issued due to the fact the D.E.P. has not received the
information they requested from the Natural Heritage Program and the Hearing
will have to be continued. Mr. James Matthews, 108 Elyse Road, requested a copy
of the Minutes. Mrs. Carol Matthews asked the Commission to explain the Notice of
Intent procedures. Dick Lewis asked about gravel pit off of Bird Road and whether
this ara was on the subdivision land. Ralph Maloon does not think so but it will be
reviewed.
Motion: [CauldweRIPastore] to continue this Hearing at 8:00 p.m. on
January 271997 because a DEP number has not been issued
and the Commission is awaiting a reply from Natural Heritage.

8:30 p.m. Angle Tree Development Corp. — Request for Determination
of Applicability — Continued Public Hearing
Re: Mayhew Farms, School Street
Review and Verification of Wetland Boundaries
Bob Colleran from Hutchins - Trowbridge, was present to discuss the plans. He is
still working on flood plain elevation. He feels that based on three years of
observation, that project does not fall under the Rivers Act as the stream is
intermittent. Mr. Lewis noted that with regard to the Rivers Act it falls within the
limited project criteria because it has to cross a brook. At the present time the full
impacts of the project regarding the wetlands have not been spelled out. More
information is required.
