In Attendance: Chairperson Shirley Hanlon; Commissioners: James Burke;
Christopher Boyer; Greg Cauldwell; Dick Lewis, Environmental

Chairperson Hanlon called Meeting to order at 7:45 p.m.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
7:45 P.M. Folkman & Zola Builders -- Continued Notice of Intent Hearing
Re: Lot 2, 10 Fram Drive
Construction of house and associated grading within 100 feet of a
wetland resource area.
Mr. Paul Folkman presented plans for this project. The D.E.P. file number is SE211 -562.
Motion: [Cauldwell/BUrke] to close this Hearing.

Motion: [Cauldwell/Boyer] to Issue an Order of Conditions.

Construction of house, driveway, and associated grading within 100
feet of a wetland resource area.
The D.E.P. file number is SE211 -561. Mr. Folkman presented the plan for this project.
The grading and the hay bale lines were reviewed.

Next Meetine: The Conservation Commission will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Monday,
February 24, 1997. The following items will be in the Agenda for this Meeting. They
include:
1) Septic System Repair off West Street; and,
2) Request for Determination to set wetland boundary line on remaining
land on Bird Road - 50.2 off/Maple Street -50' off. A site walk
will take place on Saturday, February 22nd, at 7:30 a.m. The area was

Master Plan Committee - Next Meeting: The Master Plan Committee will meet on
Tuesday, February 25, 1997 at 7:30 p.m.
Town Hall Dedication: A Dedication of the Town Hall will take place at 12:00 noon on
Saturday, February 15th.
